A Unity based, non-game app that we developed for one of our customers is now available in the Mac App Store!.

Several months ago, we began working with a small, interesting company located in Ann Arbor, Michigan called Saagara. Saagara is focused on health and wellness and is all about developing practices to help people live better lives. They do this through a series of software products that focus on proper breathing, eating and exercise.

When they first approached us, they needed help finishing a version of their iOS application Pranayama, which provides a structured breathing course. We helped them finish that application as well as make an iPad HD version. The application enjoys a rare 4 1/2 star rating and is very well received.

When Saagara asked us how we could bring the Pranayama experience to a host of new platforms including mobile, desktop and the web, the answer was easy. Unity.

We had been Unity developers and proponents for quite some time, and have built our own apps with it as well as others for our customers. So we knew the benefits and how they could be leveraged to meet Saagara's interest. So, we set out to build the next version of Pranayama in Unity.

The first build targets the Mac, and the Mac App Store specifically. We submitted the application for review and are pleased to announce that is has been accepted. We couldn't be happier for Saagara.

We plan to release the app for iOS and Android very shortly. If you're interested in better health, check them out. Click here to link to the App Store.
